the view have dates at the end of the week in manchester, glasgow and london and then they head off to south america and festival land during the summer months..check their website for details...they are on a roll at the moment so check 'em out...

what with england playing well at football i'm kinda blown away and speechless....my beloved crystal palace continue their quest for glory this weekend - here's lookin' at ya lads...

the view are getting played in radio land....keep your ears peeled and ready...the hugs go off with the glorious rascals next week...look after 'em Miles ya little scamp.

the metros start their tour this week as well....didya see their album review in the NME..one out of ten - ha ha ha

The Metro's latest single 'Talk About It' is out today, so go buy it on 7",there's a limited edition picture 7" ,Compact Disc or download it from your favourite download store and generally enjoy it,whilst you talk about it to your friends..

The album is due in a few weeks too, so keep your mincers peeled and your ears to the ground

just to let you know The Metros are NOT playing at koko tomorrow (tuesday august 19th).....the cribs have pulled out so the whole thing is a no go.....but they may be playing next tuesday at the same venue so keep ya eyes peeled...

the view rocked V at the weekend....there are clips on you tube and all over the place....check it all out....they record some b sides this week...it's all kicking off and the ball is a rolling....

the hugs play the 12 bar tonight - onstage at 9pm....get yourself down there london types....

the boy travis played for crystal palace under 12's yesterday and beat chelsea 1-0...he was at right back and was a joy to behold....the first team lost on saturday but hey...the season is young and we still believe....

loads of other stuff as well....

i'll be back one day like a Bolt.....get it..?
